Who is responsible
Wicreation, founded by Jeppe Sebastian Lethansen, is responsible for information submitted through this website. Until the formal legal structure is completed, privacy enquiries may be sent to jsl@wicreation.org.
Information we collect
When you express interest in the Founding Community, we collect the contact, location, role, journey, contribution, and participation information you provide. When you contact Wicreation, we collect your name, email address, organisation when supplied, enquiry type, and message.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to understand interest in Wicreation, shape the founding phase, consider participation and partnership opportunities, respond to enquiries, and maintain the integrity of the emerging community.
Storage and sharing
Information is stored within the website’s managed infrastructure. It is not sold and is not shared for unrelated marketing. It may be accessed only where necessary to operate Wicreation or provide the services supporting this website.
How long we keep it
Information is retained while it remains relevant to the founding phase, an active enquiry, a potential participation relationship, or a legal obligation. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted.
Your choices
You may ask what information is held about you, request correction or deletion, or withdraw your permission to be contacted. Use the Contact page and select “Privacy request,” or email jsl@wicreation.org.
